omatheusinacio Started in esports as both a Social Media and Community Manager, I had the opportunity to work on many local volunteer projects, as well as with some high-tier names in the industry. Cruzeiro and Flamengo Esports were the biggest teams I worked with as an SM and CM in esports, before switching to a more marketing-focused position at Fallen Gaming Company, the personal brand of Gabriel "FalleN" Toledo. I used my SM and CM experience to promote the brand and its products, both existing and newly released ones, creating campaigns, writing email marketing copy, and working as the voice of the brand on social media. I also worked on the IEM Rio Major in 2022. Nowadays, I'm more focused on the gaming side of the industry and have the pleasure of partnering with major clients, working with indie to AAA games, unfortunately undisclosed due to NDAs.
